If you would like to become a Supply Teacher at Chepstow School, you will need to complete the Application Form below and return to Pat Stevens(laellam@chepstow.monmouthshire.sch.uk) at school. We will also need:
- An up to date copy of your Monmouthshire County Council CRB form;
- Your original Degree Certificate for us to verify;
- Your GTCW registration letter.
Once we have seen these documents, taken up your references, and checked your employment history, we will be able to add your name and telephone number to our supply teacher database.
If you are interested in becoming an Exam Invigilator at Chepstow School, please upload and complete the Blank Application form below and/or contact Sue Roberts on 01291 635769 or email robertss@chepstow.monmouthshire.sch.uk for further details and information. Once we have taken up your references, checked your employment history and obtained a CRB with Monmouthshire County Council we will be able to add your name and telephone number to our supply exam invigilator database.
