If you would like to become a Supply Teacher at Chepstow School, you will need to complete the Application Form below and return to Jane Jones at school. We will also need:
- An up to date copy of your Monmouthshire County Council CRB form,
- Your original Degree Certificate for us to verify;
- Your GTCW registration letter.
Once we have taken up your references, we will be able to add your name and telephone number to our supply teacher database.
